Our high-grade steel grating undergoes specialized treatment processes to ensure maximum durability and corrosion resistance:

Pickling Process

After production, the grating is pickled to remove scale and discoloration caused by welding, which can lead to corrosion. This immersion process cleans the surface, leaving it metallically pure and corrosion-resistant.

Hot Dip Galvanizing

Our hot-dipped galvanized steel grating is submerged in molten zinc, creating a strong metallurgical bond between the zinc and steel. This results in a durable, corrosion-resistant protective layer.

Powder Coating

A cost-effective, durable coloring solution that includes:

  • Degreasing and pickling
  • Zinc-phosphating
  • Electrostatic powder application
  • Baking at 180°C

For enhanced corrosion protection, we combine hot-dip galvanizing with powder coating. Available in all RAL colors with various gloss levels and textures.

  • Black/Bare Steel: No finish, shortest lifespan but most economical option
  • Painted Coat: General anti-rust protection, available in any color
  • Electro-galvanized: Light zinc coating, may experience slight corrosion in humid environments
  • Hot-dip galvanized: Our most recommended method providing superior anti-rust protection, compliant with ASTM A123 or GB/T 13912-2002 standards
