Platform Expanded Metal Mesh Stainless Steel Walkway Galvanized Grating
Welded industrial expanded metal mesh mild steel grating with plain bearing bars. Serrated welded steel grating is manufactured from low carbon steel and stainless steel, featuring high strength, exceptional load-bearing capacity, anti-slip properties, corrosion resistance, superior safety performance, and resistance to rain, snow, and dust accumulation. Designed for long service life, it is widely used as platforms, stair treads, walkways, and floors in industrial, civil, and commercial buildings.
Manufacturing Process
Welded steel grating utilizes pressure welding technology. Bearing bars (flat bars) are positioned in the mold while cross bars are fed through the machine. Two cross bars emerge and are welded into the bearing bars using high-temperature fusion. The result is a durable, integrated grating structure.
Galvanized Steel Grating
Galvanized steel grating undergoes hot-dip galvanization for enhanced protection. Also known as metal bar grating, it consists of flat steel and bars welded at specific intervals to form a rectangular pattern. Typically manufactured from mild carbon steel, these products are used extensively across industrial and commercial applications including walkways, platforms, trench covers, and fencing. Hot-dip zinc coating provides rust prevention and extended durability.
